Over 10 days you'll learn how to develop a meditation practice, breathing exercises to reduce stress, communication skills for you and your students, how to set healthy boundaries and more.
With just a few minutes each day, you'll complete OMWork to increase awareness, center your body, mind, & spirit, and manage stressful moments. This course gives you the tools you need to create an energized, interconnected, and kind classroom culture where every member is engaged, motivated, and passionate about learning.

Hi, I’m Kristin: a Mindfulness Coach, and former public school teacher. I empower women and educators to prevent stress, overwhelm and burnout through group, online programs, and one-on-one coaching. I’m here to guide you on your own personal journey towards living a more balanced, and mindful life through the transformative powers of yoga, meditation and ayurvedic practices.
